Teachers are one those careers when learning does not end. Thus, if you want to be continually educated then you should be a teacher. Once you get hired to become a teacher, the school who hired you, should be able to orient you and show you how they go about with the rules and the regulations of the school. All of the things that a newly hired teacher should know should be shown to them during the new teaching program. That is how important it is. It will not only benefit the teacher but the students and the entire school.
Actually, newly hired employees are not the only ones who should attend this. Even old employees should be able to attend them especially since new rules and regulations are coming out. Besides they will learn lot since different teaching methods and managing different kinds of students should be included in the new teaching training program.
Some people say that the quality of education has dwindled because of the quality of teachers that we have. This is sad because the school is where we develop minds. Maybe with the teacher training program, teachers will be able to bring back the enthusiasm that they had when they decided to become teachers. We all know that there are different kinds of students and there are students who no longer value the education that is being given to them. So with the new teacher training program, good practice may be reiterated and emphasized so as to encourage newly hired teachers as well as the old teachers who are willing to attend the seminar again.
